Cathy OtaMy Changing the Way We Learn Together approaches have been developed from my 20 years experience of working with children and staff teams in schools, colleges, local authorities, education partners and through my research at the University of Brighton.

Bringing new perspectives to group dynamics, clarifying educational objectives and timings, ensuring the achievement of multiple targets and effectively facilitating groups so that they deliver beyond their expectations, are all possible if we understand the way we learn together and the way we interact.

Through my Skills for Learning Together, and the Working With Others approaches whole schools, teachers and pupils across all age ranges from Foundation to Key Stage 4, we can:

• significantly increase individual independent learning
• increase pupil motivation
• improve group interaction
• positively impact on social skills
