About Cathy Ota

Cathy OtaCathy OtaI have always been curious and intrigued by how people understand themselves and others as well as how they interact and work together.  Education and our relationships with others have a fundamental impact on who and what we are, as well as how we feel about ourselves.  I have followed that interest as a researcher and author and now as an advocate and trainer in improved teaching methods and approaches and facilitator of groups and organsiations to help them to both identify their objectives more clearly and to perform and deliver more effectively.

I passionately believe that by improving our personal social and group working understanding and abilities we can have a positive and beneficial impact on the wider society that we live in.

From children as young as 2 years old (as shown by Pumpkin Patch, using the WWO approach in Canada) to established Education Partners (such as the Royal Academy of Engineering in their support of the Engineering Diploma) my range of groupwork training and facilitation workshops and programmes are having a dramatic impact on personal satisfaction and group achievement.

If you would like to know how together we could be having an immediate and positive impact on your pupils, staff, school, school network, teams and organsiation, please call me on 07817 363193 for an informal chat or email me at cathy@cathyota.com.
