Curriculum and targets are often complex and need to be intelligently interlinked when courses are run over a number of years, delivered across several locations and, not uncommonly, by staff who may be new to each other, the syllabus or subject.

Bringing together new teams, who then have to clarify objectives, timescales and resources, as well as deliver to a high standard, can be a daunting task, both for the team members and the team manager.
