There are several, readily accessible and affordable ways in which you can introduce and embed Working With Others into your school – either with small groups of staff or as a whole school or school network.

As co-founder and developer of the approach, I personally provide the training and ongoing support through three levels of courses that work in combination to present a step-by-step introduction to the WWO programme.

WWO – Taster
A WWO INSET day provides an ideal opportunity for staff and schools to gain practical tips and a general introduction to the ideas and principles behind Working With Others. Available throughout the academic year, with follow up mentoring and training, this is an excellent way for teachers and teaching assistants to develop WWO expertise.

WWO - Essentials
Spread over 3 full days and 3 half days this course run across the academic year and introduces teachers and teaching assistants to the core principles and skills of Working With Others. Ideal for new staff joining WWO schools and for schools wanting to introduce WWO.

WWO – Embedding
For WWO experienced schools wanting to roll the approach out to more of their staff including teachers, teaching assistants and mid-day meal supervisors. The embedding programme can also be extended and tailored to include parents, governors and other schools within a network group.

Each of these courses is a supportive and transforming process, underpinned by evidence based research and sound educational principles and practice.
